Social services are available to patients who need assistance with social or socio-economic issues related to the disability or impairment for which they are receiving therapy services.
Osteoporosis Program
Our osteoporosis program provides education regarding the disease of osteoporosis and incorporates both resistance and weight bearing exercises to facilitate and improvement in bone density and strength. Supervised by registered nurse, this program helps meet the physical health needs of patients at risk for or diagnosed with osteoporosis.
